Chief Executive Officer
Laurent A. Voivenel is the Chief Executive Officer of HMH – Hospitality Management Holdings and holds over 30 years of outstanding hotel management experience with some of the world’s leading and most prestigious international hospitality brands.
In his distinguished and celebrated career, Laurent has been associated with legendary hotel chains such as Starwood Hotels and Resorts and Hilton Hotels & Resorts that took him to some of the most fascinating and challenging destinations across Europe, Asia Pacific and the Middle East (Honolulu, Hawaii; Okinawa, Japan; Tahiti, French Polynesia; Cannes and Paris in France; Manama, Bahrain; Riyadh and Jeddah in Saudi Arabia; Aqaba, Jordan; Brummana in Lebanon; Dubai, UAE; etc).
During the course of his postings, he demonstrated superb management and leadership skills in varied senior positions overseeing strategic planning, business development, operations, financial and analytical processes, owner relations, brand conversion and communication.
Director of Finance
Rajesh Shettigar is the Director of Finance at HMH – Hospitality Management Holdings. Rajesh holds extensive experience in finance and has an impressive track record with HMH since 2007 serving the group in various senior finance positions.
A well-qualified professional with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from the prestigious NMAMIT, Nitte institute in India, and a Certified Public Accountant from New Hampshire – CPA Board of Accountancy, USA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants), Rajesh leads the finance team at HMH.
In addition to his duties at the head office that include managing pre-opening budgets and forecasts, he is responsible for ensuring appropriate finance processes and procedures are operationally in place to successfully support the business on ground.
Director HR & Training
Liz Regan is the Director HR & Training at HMH – Hospitality Management Holdings. A senior executive management professional, Liz holds over 26 years of experience in the hospitality industry in areas of HR, Training Development, Learning, Organization and People Development.
She has worked with Emirates Palace, The Rezidor Group, Intercontinental Hotels & Resorts, Grand Millennium, Le Meridien, Grand Hills Village Hotel etc. Last Position held was Director of Training with Emirates Palace – Abu Dhabi where she was responsible for the development and training programs for the overall staff of 1200. She was also responsible for the development of a Departmental Trainer system and rolling our corporate training initiatives.
Liz has a BA Degree in Hotel & Catering Management, a Post graduate course – Institute of Training and Development as well as a Certificate Course to teach English as foreign language to adults RSA/Cambridge CETLA.
Director of Business Development
Cristina Polo is the Director of Business Development at HMH – Hospitality Management Holdings and is responsible for all sales, revenue optimization and marketing.
Cristina has over 15 years of strong experience in the field having worked with leading international brands like Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Le Meridien Hotels, The Rezidor Hotel Group, Country Inn & Suites. Her last position was with The Rezidor Hotel Group in Dubai as Director of Revenue Optimization Middle East (Arabic Peninsula, Egypt, Libya and Ethiopia). She was in charge of maximizing revenue growth of 30 multi-brand hotels in the region.
Cristina has a Post Graduate Degree (DESS) in International Trade, Master's Degree in International Economics, Bi Deug in Economic Science & Spanish, and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics.
|Mohinder S Khurana|
Director of Technical Services
Mohinder S Khurana is the Director Technical Services at HMH – Hospitality Management Holdings. Having started his career working on ships and shipyards in Japan and Sweden, Mohinder embarked on his hospitality journey after a chance meeting with the President of Sheraton Hotels. He never looked back since and continued with his valuable contribution playing different roles in the industry from Project Manager to Chief Engineer to Director of Technical Services.
Over the years, Mohinder had the opportunity to work with many prestigious brands and properties such as Sheraton, Oberoi, Holiday Inn and Le Meridien. He has over four decades of experience and joined HMH in 2006. He is in-charge for all operational hotels and new projects under development and works in close co-ordination with owners, architects, design consultants and contractors.
Head of Revenue & Distribution
Jaya Raj is Head of Revenue & Distribution at HMH - Hospitality Management Holdings since March 2014. With an established track record in handling hotel revenue management, pricing, analysis and distribution, she is tasked with maximizing revenue of hotels under operation focusing on yielding and areas of opportunity.
Prior to joining HMH, Jaya was the Director of Revenue at Radisson Blu Hotels in Dubai. During the course of her 12 year career in the industry she has worked with Al Bustan Rotana - Dubai, The Oberoi - Mumbai and Hilton Towers - Mumbai. She has a post Graduate Diploma in marketing from CIM, UK and Bachelors in Hotel Management & Catering Technology from Pune University – India.
Head of Sales
Chris Bradley is the Head of Sales at HMH – Hospitality Management Holdings. A Canadian national, Chris is tasked for developing the strategic corporate segment with a special focus on regional and global key accounts. He will be responsible for soliciting and managing key accounts / prospects to ensure maximum yield in line with budget objectives.
With over 14 years' experience in the hotel and travel industry, Chris has a proven track record in the Americas and the Middle East (particularly GCC) having worked with Fairmont, InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and Hertz.
Head of Operational Support
Julio Corredor is the Head of Operational Support at HMH – Hospitality Management Holdings. Having worked with leading brands in the industry at various levels, Julio is well-versed in all aspects of operation. His experience spans with brands such as Grand Hotel Suisse-Majestic Montreux, Concorde Hotels & Resorts, Kempinski Hotels and Starwood Hotels & Resorts where prior to joining HMH, Julio was Six Sigma Black Belt – Operational Innovation Manager.
At HMH Julio is responsible for providing all necessary operational support and assistance to general managers. He is also responsible for operational audits and implementation of brand standards at all hotels under the group. Subsequently he will work on streamlining the hotel operations by utilizing Six Sigma and Lean managerial concepts.
Julio is a Colombian national and has worked in Colombia, Switzerland and the UAE. Speaks English, Spanish and French, holds a degree from Swiss Hotel Management School – University of Derby UC and is currently working towards his Executive MBA at Hult international Business School.

Head of IT
Recognised as an IT professional with an MBCS from The Chartered Institute for IT and a certified specialist in many diverse areas of IT, Ilham Ismail has been involved in hospitality-related technology for more than a decade, having worked for the Radisson Blu Riyadh, the Jumeirah Group and, most recently, as Cluster IT Manager for Carlson Rezidor in Oman.
Following specialist training in system administration as well as travel specific requirements such as GDS applications, he is now responsible for IT support, project management, regulatory compliance, partner management and planning and budgets in the IT department at HMH, ensuring the group is ahead of the game in innovative IT applications.
|Ossama Moustafa Elsetouhy|
Regional Financial Controller
Ossama Moustafa Elsetouhy is the Regional Financial Controller at HMH - Hospitality Management Holdings. He holds nearly two decades of outstanding experience working at various levels in finance. Prior to joining HMH, Ossama was the Financial Controller at Mercure Centre Hotel in Abu Dhabi. During the course of his career Ossama had the opportunity to hone his skills at many successful properties such as Rotana Coral Beach Tiran, Sharm El Sheikh; Novotel Seeb Airport, Muscat; Sofitel Pyramids Park, Cairo; Ramada Renaissance, Cairo. An Egyptian National, Ossama is a graduate from Cairo University and fluent in English language and Arabic.
At HMH, he is responsible for monitoring and analysing monthly operating results against budget and forecast at different hotels under the group. In addition, he evaluates the reports and audits the hotels to ensure correct HMH protocols, policies and procedures are adhered to.
Corporate Financial Controller
Rosnani Mahamad is the Corporate Financial Controller at HMH - Hospitality Management Holdings. A Malaysian national with over two decades of experience, Rosnani has been with the group since 2004 working in different capacities at various hotels under HMH including Coral Dubai Deira Hotel and Coral Beach Resort Sharjah. Before moving to the Gulf, she gained valuable experience in Malaysia working with De Palma Ampang Hotel, Putra World Trade Centre, Merlin Hotel - Kuala Lumpur and Mah Sing Group. Rosnani holds a diploma in accountancy from Institute Perdagangan Mara in Malaysia.
At HMH, Rosnani's main responsibilities includes preparing the monthly corporate reporting package and comparative reports of operating results, financial positions and variance explanations. She also prepares the monthly forecast update, primarily by working closely with department heads in forecasting their department’s overheads.
Group Rooms Division Manager
Egyptian born Fathy Said has worked his way up the hospitality career ladder, starting out as a security officer at Le Meridien Kuwait after gaining a Bachelor Degree of Social Works and certification from the International Language Institute.
Experience as a telephone operator, receptionist and night manager at Safir International enabled him to move to a more senior Front Office position with HMH’s Coral Hotels & Resorts where he worked as assistant front office manager at the Coral Deira, and was later promoted to front office manager at Coral Suites Ajman and then Coral properties in Dubai.
After working in a number of posts around in the region, in Sharjah, Bahrain, Abu Dhabi and Baghdad, he has rejoined HMH in the corporate headquarters as Group Rooms Division Manager.
