Haytham Abdelaziz joined Hospitality Management Holding (HMH) in May 2019 as the Director of Operations. Prior to that Mr. Abdelaziz worked with HMH-managed properties since 2014, including Executive Assistant Manager at Bahi Ajman Palace, Hotel Manager at Coral Beach Resort Sharjah and Acting Cluster General Manager for both properties.
Mr. Abdelaziz has also successfully led the pre-opening phase of the 404-key Coral Al Madinah Hotel. Mr. Abdelaziz has over 19 years of operations experience working with several international brands in the region. In his new role, Mr. Abdelaziz will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the execution of the brands operational procedures, delivering key strategic initiatives for the new properties in the pipeline to full operation readiness. Building and sustaining strong partnerships with our existing owners and long-standing partners will also be pivotal in his new role.
Tarun Agarwal is a senior finance professional with over 20 years of international and regional experience. His previous roles include Senior Director – Corporate Finance at International Hotels Group and Director of Finance at Steigenberger Hotels & Resorts.
Agarwal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a Master's Diploma in Business Administration. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), U.K, and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in India.
At Hospitality Management Holding (HMH), Agarwal is responsible for overseeing all finance related functions within the Hospitality Management Holding’s (HMH) portfolio and works closely with our local hotel teams to optimize efficient processes and governance, in addition to supporting the delivery and implementation of future-focused strategies.
Amish Vibhakar has over three decades of professional experience and has worked at key corporate multicultural organizations and hospitality industry leaders like Emaar Development and InterContinental Hotels Group.
Vibhakar is a proven performer in development planning and project management, having delivered essential hotel projects to the market through his highly specialized skills in quality assurance, design, and technical services, and cost-effectiveness. He has years of experience as a Design and Development Director focusing on architectural planning and interior design in the Middle East. At his previous position, he successfully opened 6 new hotels, all of them being greenfield projects, in just four years besides having completed design developments for 3 more hotels for execution.
Vibhakar has a strong interest in how sustainable practices can be incorporated into the architecture and passionately involves himself into the design process.
At HMH, Vibhakar is responsible for the Design & Technical Services of the HMH brand of hotels with responsibilities involving project management, planning, scheduling project initiatives, quality assurance, leading multicultural teams, and problem-solving.
Dawood Abdalla’s business development proficiency involves identifying projects and partnerships for hotel management of new hotels and in return expand the footprint of Hospitality Management Holding (HMH) managed properties.
With a degree in Business Management and a master’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Abdulla has proven to be a valuable asset to the Hospitality Management Holding (HMH) Group.
Abdulla is gifted at building and maintaining relationships with property owners and their representatives, conducting due diligence for new hotel management projects, ensuring compliance of potential projects in line with the brand standards, and prompt finalization of hotel management agreements.
Husam Saeed is an energetic professional with more than 25 years of industry experience in hotel revenue management.
Saeed has worked with leading hotel brands such as InterContinental Hotels Group, Four Seasons Hotel, and Rotana Hotel in the Middle East.
Holding a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Saeed oversees the Hospitality Management Holding's (HMH) revenue management & distribution, matrix contracting, and relationship management. He is also responsible for setting the strategies, revenue plans and managing key accounts for the group’s managed properties.
Mustafa Osrof has over 11 years of experience working for the travel and hospitality industry leaders. Before joining HMH, he has served as the Regional IT Service Operations Manager for Premier Inn Hotels Middle East. He has worked with JPTD – Jordan Projects for Tourism Development (JPTD) at their office as Head of IT and responsible for IT management of Radisson BLU Talabay Resort - Aqaba, Oryx Hotel, and other associated hotels.
Osrof holds a Bachelor’s degree in Software engineering and a diploma in information technology. He is a team player with excellent communication skills.
At HMH, he will be responsible for the Group IT function, system security, telecommunications, and service delivery. He has proficiency in project management, IT asset management, infrastructure management, planning for business continuity and disaster recovery.
Iftikhar Hamdani has more than 27 years of invaluable experience in the Hospitality Industry and is responsible for managing the Faisal Holding Hotels across the Northern Emirates in the UAE.
Hamdani has worked with international hospitality brands like Continental, Ambassador, and Wyndham in management positions and has an excellent track record of driving profitability through strategic growth.
Ahmad Ebdah is a passionate Hotelier with over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Ebdah has worked with leading brands such as Accor, Kempinski Hotels, and Intercontinental Hotel Group.
Ebdah excels in managing and growing sales and marketing strategies, targeting new market segments, and forming high-performing teams for streamlining processes.
Among his professional milestones, Ebdah has been awarded the Nobel Laureate at SOFEX, a major event in Amman, for playing a key part in FIFA 2016 and assisting in the planning and implementation of the Cluster Sales and Marketing Office of IHG Jordan.
Rafat Gotta holds diverse experience in the hospitality industry for over 18 years, where he has held senior positions across the MENA region.
Gotta has worked with leading hotel brands such as Marriott, Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Express. During his tenure at various positions, Gotta has received several awards and certifications related to brand standard audits, excellence, sell-out efficiency, employee relationships, and best-valued hotel.
Armed with a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, he is skilled in effective project management, handling and motivating teams, effective customer management, and managing budgets and forecasting.
Jan Siddiqui enjoys more than 3 decades of experience dedicated to sales function of the hospitality industry. Siddiqui has successfully contributed to the launch and rebranding of hotels for international brands like Marriott, Hyatt International, ACCOR, IHG, and Wyndham in the region.
Siddiqui has a sound knowledge of contractual agreements, legal processes and their implications, and effective strategy leading to revenue maximization. His core ability lies in motivating the team to create a strong performance-led culture that contributes to the overall success of the group.
His notable achievements are exceeding the Gross Operating Profit (GOP) expectations, and his contributions towards the successful pre-opening of the largest Holiday Inn Express at Dubai Airport for IHG Group.
Emanuele Mancini is a talented Food & Beverage Director with global experience from fine dining Michelin starred concepts and 5-star luxury hotel brands. His portfolio extends to event management, restaurant launches, and creation of new concepts.
Mancini has worked on projects like the grand opening of the Four Seasons Hotel Firenze in Florence and Shangri-La Hotel, Doha.
His key strengths lie in being able to create a team culture that is committed to achieving pre-set goals while creating passionate individuals and high performers who can deliver great service and go the extra mile.
Leah Virtucio Bolaños is a certified Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) expert, with an excellent track record of managing compliance with local, state, and federal safety, health, and environmental regulations to deliver the highest of standards in food safety and quality. Drawing upon 20 years of international experience at all stages of the food chain, she joined Hospitality Management Holding (HMH) in 2014 as Cluster EHS Manager, with previous roles at leading hospitality brands such as Ritz Carlton, Iberotel and Emirates Flight Catering.
Bolaños holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Technology. She is an ISO 22000:2018 lead auditor, certified trainer of HACCP Awareness and HACCP L3 for food safety (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and master trainer for GHP (Good Hygiene Practice).
At Hospitality Management Holding (HMH), Bolaños is responsible for overseeing rigorous protocols and precautionary measures for food safety and EHS, and leading its ‘Be Green, Go Green’ initiative, in line with HMH’s commitment to deliver international quality standards through responsible and sustainable practices in all of its destinations.
