Haytham Abdelaziz joined Hospitality Management Holding (HMH) in May 2019 as the Director of Operations. Prior to that Mr. Abdelaziz worked with HMH-managed properties since 2014, including Executive Assistant Manager at Bahi Ajman Palace, Hotel Manager at Coral Beach Resort Sharjah and Acting Cluster General Manager for both properties.
Mr. Abdelaziz has also successfully led the pre-opening phase of the 404-key Coral Al Madinah Hotel. Mr. Abdelaziz has over 19 years of operations experience working with several international brands in the region. In his new role, Mr. Abdelaziz will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the execution of the brands operational procedures, delivering key strategic initiatives for the new properties in the pipeline to full operation readiness. Building and sustaining strong partnerships with our existing owners and long-standing partners will also be pivotal in his new role.
Ashish Sharma, a motivational hospitality professional with over 2 decades of remarkable experience. With an extensive background working with globally recognized brands such as Taj Hotels & Resorts, IHG, and Marriott International, Ashish brings deep market knowledge of India, Indian Ocean, UAE, and other GCC regions.
In his role at HMH, Ashish oversees all the Revenue Management and distribution functions throughout the portfolio, working closely with the hotel teams to optimize Rooms Revenue, reservations, and distribution through well-defined processes and effective execution. His focus includes improving online visibility, enhancing website functionality, expanding partnerships, increasing direct bookings, and fostering a revenue management culture within the organization.
Mustafa Osrof has over 11 years of experience working for the travel and hospitality industry leaders. Before joining HMH, he has served as the Regional IT Service Operations Manager for Premier Inn Hotels Middle East. He has worked with JPTD – Jordan Projects for Tourism Development (JPTD) at their office as Head of IT and responsible for IT management of Radisson BLU Talabay Resort - Aqaba, Oryx Hotel, and other associated hotels.
Osrof holds a Bachelor’s degree in Software engineering and a diploma in information technology. He is a team player with excellent communication skills.
At HMH, he will be responsible for the Group IT function, system security, telecommunications, and service delivery. He has proficiency in project management, IT asset management, infrastructure management, planning for business continuity and disaster recovery.
Dawood Abdalla’s business development proficiency involves identifying projects and partnerships for hotel management of new hotels and in return expand the footprint of Hospitality Management Holding (HMH) managed properties.
With a degree in Business Management and a master’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Abdulla has proven to be a valuable asset to the Hospitality Management Holding (HMH) Group.
Abdulla is gifted at building and maintaining relationships with property owners and their representatives, conducting due diligence for new hotel management projects, ensuring compliance of potential projects in line with the brand standards, and prompt finalization of hotel management agreements.
Leah Virtucio Bolaños is a certified Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) expert, with an excellent track record of managing compliance with local, state, and federal safety, health, and environmental regulations to deliver the highest of standards in food safety and quality. Drawing upon 20 years of international experience at all stages of the food chain, she joined Hospitality Management Holding (HMH) in 2014 as Cluster EHS Manager, with previous roles at leading hospitality brands such as Ritz Carlton, Iberotel and Emirates Flight Catering.
Bolaños holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Technology. She is an ISO 22000:2018 lead auditor, certified trainer of HACCP Awareness and HACCP L3 for food safety (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and master trainer for GHP (Good Hygiene Practice).

Iftikhar Hamdani has more than 27 years of invaluable experience in the Hospitality Industry and is responsible for managing the Faisal Holding Hotels across the Northern Emirates in the UAE.

Jan Siddiqui enjoys more than 3 decades of experience dedicated to sales function of the hospitality industry. Siddiqui has successfully contributed to the launch and rebranding of hotels for international brands like Marriott, Hyatt International, ACCOR, IHG, and Wyndham in the region.
Siddiqui has a sound knowledge of contractual agreements, legal processes and their implications, and effective strategy leading to revenue maximization. His core ability lies in motivating the team to create a strong performance-led culture that contributes to the overall success of the group.
His notable achievements are exceeding the Gross Operating Profit (GOP) expectations, and his contributions towards the successful pre-opening of the largest Holiday Inn Express at Dubai Airport for IHG Group.
