The Coral Beach Resort Sharjah, managed by HMH – Hospitality Management Holding, has rolled out a non-smoking policy to promote health and well-being. Under this new initiative smoking is now strictly prohibited in all rooms. However, the hotel still has designated areas for smoking available to guests at the property, which are indicated by signs.

This new step is in line with Coral Beach Resort Sharjah’s continued commitment to offer its guests a healthy environment and coincides with Dubai 30x30 Fitness Challenge where the hotel has been an active participant.

Haytham Aziz, General Manager, Coral Beach Resort Sharjah, said, “The Dubai Fitness Challenge, organized under the kind patronage of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai Government and Dubai Sports Council, is an excellent initiative that seeks to raise awareness about the significance and benefits of regular fitness schedule and a healthy lifestyle. And we believe it is the perfect time for us to launch our non-smoking policy.”

With 2879672 moves, Coral Beach Resort Sharjah recently reached the number one spot in its group in Dubai Fitness Challenge. The hotel has formed a team of 30 members who have been given a monthly target to reach 27,000 minutes of combined exercise with a schedule of 30 minutes workout daily.
