Building upon its superb culinary offering, Corp Amman Hotel will unveil new menus at all its food outlets from April 1, 2015. Erik Huyer, General Manager of Corp Amman Hotel, said, “We are committed to serve our guests better. Creation of new menus is part of our strategy to offer dinners delicious new dishes along with their favourite ones. Each item on the menu has been carefully selected and prepared with the utmost care using the season’s freshest ingredients”.

Whether you are craving for a light snack or an exotic three course meal on offer is an enticing range of regional and international cuisines at the hotel’s three outlets.

Mood, the signature roof top restaurant is known for authentic Lebanese cuisine and has a beautiful outdoor terrace offering superb views across the city. Le Boulevard, on the other hand, is popular for international cuisine while Snug, the Lobby lounge café, serves an excellent selection of snacks and pastries as well as refreshing hot and cold drinks.

Erik pointed out that the hotel’s culinary team has been experimenting with the ingredients to give a new twist to known dishes. He stated, “The launch of new menus is an opportunity for the chefs to showcase their creativity while maintaining overall value to meet the expectations of the hotel’s loyal customers as well as first-time visitors. As part of our operations policy we tested the dishes over a period of time to ensure the perfect taste, quality and consistency and have received an excellent feedback from our guests”.
